Five ways founders work with me (and why it’s different)

Since last fall, I’ve been quietly doing work that’s hard to explain in a single sentence. Difficult because it's not coaching. Not consulting. Not therapy. It's something in-between — and a little bit beyond — and feels magical.

I partner with founders and high-performing leaders when they’re successful on paper, but privately spiraling, stuck, or simply out of sync with themselves or the current state of their business. They’re not broken, they don’t need fixing, but they do need to recalibrate.

Here’s what that looks like:

  • A founder who just sold one company and is trying to figure out how to lead again (without repeating all the same burnout patterns).

  • A CEO who built a powerful business, but can’t seem to explain what it actually does without tripping over their own brilliance.

  • A team of co-founders who trust each other deeply — but still can't make a major decision without six months of spinning  and six hours of Slack.

  • A visionary with five half-built launches, no time to think, and a team that keeps asking for “clarity.”

These are not beginner problems. These are success problems. And they’re my favorite kind to solve.

What I do (plain and simple)

I help high-functioning founders and leaders get out of their own way. Not by giving them more to do, not by fixing them, but by helping them finally hear themselves oh so clearly — and helping them move from knowing to doing.

Sometimes that means clarity around a high-stakes decision. Sometimes it’s rebuilding structure and rhythm. Sometimes it’s helping a team stop swirling and actually start. And sometimes it’s supporting the human behind the founder title — the one who’s holding everything together, growing a business and a family, quietly falling apart, or just deeply tired of white-knuckling it.

Who this is for

My clients are not new to business. They’re not looking for someone to teach them “how to scale.” They’re looking for someone who can see all of it — the dots that still need connected, the blind spots, the team, the vision, the options, the resistance — and help them move.

  • Founders growing fast and trying not to lose themselves in the process

  • Leaders post-exit (or afraid of burnout), navigating what’s next

  • Owner-operators with no margin and no time to think

  • Visionaries who need to get out of swirl and into signal

  • Founders who want to lead from clarity, not chaos

A few things I want you to know

This is private work. I never share client names or details. If you're wondering why you haven’t seen testimonials, that’s why. My clients don’t want visibility. They want relief.

This is not a long-term commitment. Most of my work happens in focused sprints. We get in, get clear, and get moving.

This isn’t a “scale your business to 8 figures” thing. This is a “stop building things that quietly eat you alive” thing.

You don’t need to know what to ask for. You just need to be honest about what’s not working. We’ll figure the rest out together.

What I offer

Over the past few months, I’ve refined my offering by paying close attention to what’s helped, what’s landed, and what keeps clients coming back. These aren’t templated offers. They’re the natural result of working closely with founders who needed traction, clarity, and space to think like themselves again.

1. Flashpoint

One day. One decision. Total clarity. This is a single, intensive strategy session (choice of 3 or 6 hours) for founders staring down a high-stakes, highly-ambiguous decision: a pivot, a product launch, a team change, a blank page, a growth plan.

We unpack everything. We clear the noise. And we walk away with a 90-Day Action Plan that outlines your decisions, your rationale, and your next moves. This is for you if: you’ve been spinning on something for weeks (or months) and you just want clarity — now.

2. Fuel for the Founder

Founder-focused advisory — so you don’t carry it all alone. These are ongoing 1:1 strategy sessions that combine sharp thinking, honest reflection, and real support. It's where vision-meets-nervous-system. Where strategic alignment meets emotional processing. Where we make sense of the thing and move through it. This is for you if you’re in a messy middle season. You’ve gotten some traction, but clarity is still fuzzy. You're tired, but still in the game. And you want a thought partner who gets it (and won’t let you coast).

3. Sprint

Nail your narrative. Sharpen your offer. Build a real signal. This is a structured 4–6 week time-bound engagement where we get your message, offer, or positioning out of your head and into the world. We shape the signal that tells your story clearly — to customers, team, investors, whoever needs to hear it.

You get co-creation sessions, async edits, and a final messaging asset that’s actually usable: landing page copy, deck language, 1-pagers, offer articulation, sales enablement tools, lead gen, etc. This is for you if: you’re evolving your offer, entering a new stage of growth, hiring, or just sick of sounding vague about what you actually do.

4. Build

We don’t talk about it. We build it. Together. This is where clarity turns into traction. A hands-on, collaborative container to create a real deliverable that works in your organization, not my “program”: a launch plan, internal comms system, content engine, or strategic reset.

We meet weekly. We co-build in real-time. And we walk away with a completed asset or system that you can run with. This is for you if: you’ve already done the thinking — you just need to stop spinning and start executing.

5. Embed

Fractional founder firepower — for when you need more than advice. This is where I step inside your business for 3–6 months to lead key initiatives alongside you — not as a coach, not as a vendor, but as a true embedded partner.

We move the work that keeps getting deprioritized: launches, hiring, messaging, sales systems, internal clarity. I join your Slack. I know your team. I see the whole board, and I help you make real progress, fast. This is for you if: you’re running out of capacity but not out of vision and you need someone smart, strategic, and fully in it with you who knows what it means to think like an owner.

Wondering if this is for you?

Here’s the quick gut-check:

  • You’ve built something powerful but feel buried inside it.

  • You’re making money but feel emotionally and operationally maxed.

  • You’re leading people but second-guessing yourself more than ever.

  • You should feel great but mostly just feel tired.

Don’t get sucked into a new funnel. Or another planner (okay, I am a sucker for an amazing productivity tool, so maybe you need a planner). What if it’s a big ‘ol mirror and a simple plan you need? And maybe someone to help you actually do it?

That’s what I do. Now you know. If you’re reading this with a pit in your stomach or a lump in your throat, you probably already know this is for you. DM me if you want to talk. Or visit letitroar.com to get a clearer feel for the work.

And if you’re not in a head-spinning, founder-sized-swirl right now, but you know someone who is, forward this their way. They might just need it more than they’re letting on.
